YOU MUST ENTER THE FFL HOLDER ADDRESS AS THE SHIPPING ADDRESS DURING THE CHECKOUT PROCESS. YOUR ORDER WILL BE HELD UNTIL WE RECEIVE AND VALIDATE (BY CONTACTING THEM) THE FFL HOLDER INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE US. 

IF YOU PURCHASE A FIREARM FROM US, WE SHIP IT TO YOUR SELECTED FFL HOLDER, AND THAT FFL HOLDER FINDS THAT YOU ARE INELIGIBLE TO PURCHASE THAT FIREARM, YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED A RETURN SHIPPING AND RESTOCKING FEE.

due to firearms regulations in those states/districts.

Non-firearm items, such as clothing, accessories, and some gun parts do not require transfer through an FFL Holder. Virtually anyone who is involved in the legal sale or distribution of firearms is an FFL Holder, including gun shops. Please contact your selected FFL Holder before purchasing, so that you can: 1) ensure that they will accept your firearm, 2) understand the amount of FFL transfer fees they might charge you, and 3) verify that all state and federal laws will be observed. You must usually pass a Federal background check at the FFL Holder location (usually upon pickup) for them to transfer the firearm to you.

Anyone who is legally allowed to own a firearm is allowed to purchase it. What does "legally allowed" mean? You must be an adult who is able to enter into a contract, be in compliance with State and Federal restrictions, and must be able to pass a background check. The following information is not intended to be a complete guide to all applicable laws. It is your responsibility to be in compliance with all Federal, state, and local laws when using this site.
