Please note that this runs in Google's online presentation viewer.  To download the presentation, select your file preference from the "Actions" menu at the bottom of the viewer.  Downloading it as .ppt will remove the animations.  You can request the original Power Point file (7.38MB) which includes animation from arne@bobergarms.com.
