Read somewhere that someone had a problem with the magazine not dropping cleanly out of the gun when the button is pushed.
Had this issue with mine and traced it to a bit of flash on the grips at the rear edge of the magazine well. Scrape it off with the tip of a sharp pocket knife and the issue is gone.
Arne, may want to have your molder look at his process or add a step to clean that flash off.
Quick pass with a fine file before assembly will get rid of it.

As an engineer, this pistol is fascinating!

OK - I'll make a note of it and look into it - thanks!

I think he means an empty magazine. There is a little bit of flash on the edges on some grips in the area specified. It can either be bent in or cut off with the tip of a knife.

I was referring to an empty clip.
If run your finger over the back edge of the magazine well, if there is flash sticking out you will feel it. Once it is gone the magazine will drop free.
