Anyone make one yet for the XR9S? Or a Hybrid Kydex leather holster?

I don't think you will be disappointed. The good news is that if you are, they will take the holster back no questions asked. Great company and a Christian company. Let me know what you think when you get it. Are you going to be ordering a poly carbonate one, or the basic one?

I am actually gonna order one of the N82tactical holsters, every review I can find is positive. I need comfort and this looks like it will be great.
Joseph Booher said:Hi Mary, thanks for checking out the site. I understand what you are saying about the weight issue, but I can tell you from experience that I have no issue with my duty G 22 with this holster. The holster stays in place and does not move. Check out some of the reviews on youtube for this holster. There are guys carrying full size .45 with no complaints.
How is your ammo issue now?

Sorry to hear that. It is rough. Just remember; patience is a virtue:)

Permalink Reply by Joseph Booher on March 25, 2012 at 4:07am Hi guys,
I know the poly carbonate model is more expensive of course as they have to create the mold for the weapon. That in mind, the more people we get to call them, the more interest there will be. I have contacted Arne about this company and advised him of the holster. I too hope, that he will send a mold to them. Time will tell.

Permalink Reply by Atavanhalen on March 25, 2012 at 10:41am I would definitely prefer the poly version but as far as I know, the mold is not available, ah I see that you realize that as well. I still have some time before I get my XR9 so we will see what happens. Please respond here if you hear anything.

Permalink Reply by Atavanhalen on April 1, 2012 at 9:32pm So, I have exchanged a few emails with both Nate's from N82tactical, they have discussed which holster would work for the XR9S and they are not convinced that any of the Original holsters will hold the XR9 the way it needs to be. I was disappointed to hear that but they also said that this weekend they were trying to get a hold of an XR9S this weekend in Tulsa. That would mean that we might be getting a XR9S professional holster sometime soon. I have no idea how they are planning on gettin a hold of one and I do not know that they are for sure gonna make a professional holster for it but I will report back when I hear back in case anyone is interested.

That is good detective work on your part:) Good job, definitely let me know what you find out. What a great addition it would be to this weapon to have this great holster.

I guess the N82 is a no go for now, unless Arne is willing to contact them, the latest reply said that they do not think that there standard holsters will work and that only a professional would work. They also said that the only way that would happen is if I hooked them up with Arne so it would be worth it for them to make them. Its a real bummer because I was really hoping to try it out. So Arne, I know that the list of interested holster makers is growing but if there is room for one more the name of the site is N82tactical.com , its two guys named Nate and here is there contact info

Permalink Reply by Atavanhalen on April 28, 2012 at 10:21pm Hells yeah!!! I am very happy to hear that and cant wait to see the the Professional holster from them! Thank you very much Arne, you are a very unique artist/engineer. It is awesome to have so much interaction with the creator of something so amazing. Oh and by the way, I got my XR9S! Man, it was smaller than my mind thought it was. Even with all the size reference pics it is still hard to realize the actual size until you see it, truly a sight to behold!
