Holsters

When the XR9-S is ready to ship will there be a selection of holsters available in your store specifically for the XR9-S? I would be more interested in a pocket holster, one that will hide the 'print'. But an IWB or ankle strap would be a second choice.

would be nice to see packages of the nature springfield does with the Xd, Holsters and magazine carriers, not so important with the "S" model, but a nice bonus if longer versions hit the market

I say let him get his "dream child" out and in the hands of we consumers, then wonder what kind of packages he might offer. Yes, it would be nice if the future holds a package with holster and magazine holder included. By then he can do engraving for special orders. Guess it's our turn to dream.

Yes. I bought a 4A-ART from Remora. This is what the owner said would fit. It will cover the trigger and has room for an eventual laser sight. If it turns out not to fit, I can exchange it.

The holster is for inside the waist band. It has no clips or anything. It is made of a sticky material that stays where you put it.

I've looked into those, I have considered them due to the reasonable price opposed to a fitted leather unit that will cost around $100... I am just abit uneasy about not having an actual attachment to my belt...

There are some videos showing people doing all sorts of activity and it does not budge. I also got one for a HiPower and it seems to do what they say.

CORRECTION: can't edit posts so - My post above on the Remora holster for the shorty INCORRECTLY says it is IWB. It is for the pocket. Sorry about that. My other one is IWB.

Re sweat: You can send the owner an email and ask. I think I remember an answer somewhere, but you should go straight to the horses mouth.

Incidentally, I don't think there is any intrinsic reason you could not use the pocket holster inside you belt it you really want to do that. If it works for you and has enough surface area inside the belt to hold.
