green lasers-the *best*
Lasermax is the best laser for a handgun. They aren't cheap but nothing of quality ever is.

We may consider Lasermax for the XR9-L (to put under the barrel), but if we already have a lasergrip designed for the XR9-S, then it would be the same part for the XR9-L. I agree on the green color - and I believe the price has been coming down a bit since these came out.

I’m not into laser sights myself, but regarding green lasers.
The Human eye has more color receptors for green, than any other color
(The least is blue, try and read blue text on black and see what I mean)
so a green laser of the same power is easier to see.

While this is true, red will not affect your night vision. I bet if you're in a close to pitch black environment, staring a bright green dot might affect your ability to see just about everything else.
